Oceano Cleaning is a small, women-owned cleaning company rooted in the South Delta community. We're a diverse, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results across residential, commercial, and post-construction spaces. We're currently hiring a detail-oriented, community-minded team member who is passionate about their work, communicates clearly, follows direction well, and holds themselves to a high standard. This is an employment position (not contracting), and we pay above industry standard. Our pay scale reflects growth and commitment: training begins at $20/hr, Cleaning Team Members earn $22/hr, Team Anchors earn $25/hr, and Trainers earn $27/hr. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm, with growing opportunities for additional evening and weekend shifts in commercial spaces.
