Key Responsibilities

• Membership Sales - We use a proven system that helps our clients overcome their own barriers to starting a fitness program. They can be a challenging feat, we as team members are here to help make a positive impact on their health.
• Brand promoters – When you love your gym, others will too. They establish relationships with businesses and influencers in the community to promote the brand through B2B marketing. This person also helps coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams.
• Member Experience - The most important aspect of all! Does your club "Rock"? Do your members like you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family and colleagues? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make every member and guest's experience exceptional by maintaining the equipment and cleanliness of our club!

Job Requirements
Experience in the fitness Industry is not required, but great communication and soft skills are. A good candidate for this position is:

• Available to work more than 25 hours per week.
• Available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9am-7pm
• 18 years or older
• Passionate about health and fitness. Actively in a gym environment.
• Friendly, outgoing, and warm
• Genuine and honest
• Available to work flexible hours
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated
• Good at managing time and schedules

Pay:

• Wage starting at $18/hour

Schedule:

• 3 days per week. Weekends and weekdays as needed
• Day Shift
• Evening Shift

Additional Pay:

• Commission
