Description
Most financial programs start with the numbers. This one starts with the founder.
In this focused 2-hour session, Guy Avidan — MBA, CPA, and Certified Cashflow Canvas® Coach with 35 years across banking, accounting, and entrepreneurship — guides founders through the three financial building blocks that most early-stage businesses are missing. This isn't theory. It's built around your actual numbers, completed during the session.
You'll leave with three practical deliverables in hand — not homework, not a certificate, and not a sales pitch for a follow-up service.
What You'll Leave With
✅ A completed Financial Health Checkup — a clear snapshot of where your business stands right now
✅ A personal financial snapshot connecting your household obligations to your business decisions
✅ A live demo of the Cashflow Canvas® process — one sample revenue stream built step by step, so you can see exactly how it works
✅ The language and logic of financial management explained the way a founder actually thinks
✅ A clear next step — not homework, not a pitch, just a practical path forward
✅ Free access to Glinda — the AI tool that guides founders through identifying revenue and costs
Who Should Attend?
This session is designed for Delta Chamber members who are:
• Founders in their first 1–2 years of operation
• Generating revenue but without a clear financial picture of the business
• Unsure whether the business is making money, losing it, or running out of runway
• Managing personal and business finances from the same pot — and feeling the strain
• Business owners with strong instincts but limited formal financial training
Session Breakdown
Part 1 · Financial Health Checkup (30 min)
A guided triage of your business financials: revenue, costs, cash timing, and early warning signs. You leave knowing exactly where you stand — no jargon, no judgment.
Part 2 · Personal Financial Snapshot (30 min)
A focused questionnaire connecting your household finances to your business reality. Most advisors skip this. We don't — because your personal obligations shape every business decision you make.
Part 3 · The Cashflow Canvas® Process & Glinda (30 min + Q&A)
An introduction to the Cashflow Canvas® process — how it works and why it matters. Includes a live demo: building one sample revenue stream with sample numbers, so founders can see exactly how the process works before trying it themselves. Plus: meet Glinda, the AI tool that guides founders through identifying revenue and costs. All participants receive free access to Glinda at the end of the session.
