Delta Leadership Networking is a FREE recurring guest speaker series for aspiring & inspiring leaders who live and / or work in Delta. These events are hosted by Graham Snowfield, Leadership & High Performance Coach.

Our next event features Alisa Gloag, a Ladner resident, the Manager of Passenger Operations at YVR Airport. Alisa knows people are the heart of what she and her team do. 

Leading almost 200 people, Alisa is passionate about empowerment and development. She oversees all aspects of program management and strategy, service levels, KPIs, budget, recruitment, training, and performance management. 

Collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of the airport operations.
