Leading almost 200 people, Alisa is passionate about empowerment and development. She oversees all aspects of program management and strategy, service levels, KPIs, budget, recruitment, training, and performance management. 

Collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of the airport operations.
