Join our Board of Directors, fellow Members, Annual Partners and Guests at the 115th Annual General Meeting, presented by the Port of Vancouver, on Tuesday, May 6, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Cascades Casino, Delta.

Enjoy a fantastic lunch, engage with fellow businesses and community members, and be part of an afternoon filled with valuable connections and discussions.

Event Schedule:

11:00 AM - Registration Opens

11:45 AM - Official Welcome

12:30 PM - Delta Chamber Annual General Meeting (20-25 mins)

1:00 PM - Statement from Mayor George Harvie

1:30 PM - Networking

2:00 PM - Event Concludes

Event Details:

- One (1) voting member per organization/business. Voting cards will be provided upon check in

- The AGM Program and Info Package will be sent to Members 48 hours in advance for review

- Dress Code: Smart Casual/Business Casual

- Door prize for registered guests

- A bar with a selection of beverages to enjoy during the networking event
