Women are starting businesses every day, but very few are ever taught how to actually lead them.
We learn how to sell, market, and deliver.
But leadership, decision-making, and building a sustainable business are often left to trial and error. And that journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unclear.
Growing a business isn’t just about strategy. It’s about navigating uncertainty, making decisions without all the answers, and carrying the weight of everything on your own.
