At Hoskins Homes, we’re committed to doing work we’re proud of, delivering it on time and on budget, and – above all – always acting in our clients’ best interests. 

For more than 20 years our company owner, Wes Hoskins, led projects for award-winning, custom homebuilders in Metro Vancouver. His projects ranged from a 3-year long, waterfront custom home project on Tsawwassen Beach to a fully accessible, light-filled modern rancher in Richmond designed by architect Randy Bens. The projects Wes led were nominated for – and won – Georgie and HAVAN awards, and were featured in top design magazines. 

Wes founded his own company, Hoskins Homes, because he wanted to deliver the customer service and quality he had become known for as a project leader – every day, on every project. He wanted to lead a homebuilding company that didn’t just do good work – it did great work. And he wanted to be the homebuilding company you could trust to carry out your vision for your home – and for your family – every time.

Wes’s award-winning quality has continued with Hoskins Homes, in 2023 we were a Georgie Finalist for Best Renovation Under $250,000.
