Since the Company's purchase of Annacis Island over sixty years ago for industrial development, Grosvenor has expanded into property markets throughout North America. From our offices in Vancouver, Calgary, San Francisco and Washington DC we own and develop retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use property, as well as provide a structured development finance program. Following our aim to create living cities, we try to understand the values of the people who live and work in the communities where we are active.
