The Waterford is a seniors retirement home development and a short walk from dozens of shops and services at Tsawwassen Town Centre. With 107 distinctive and sophisticated suites surrounded by beautiful landscapes, pedestrian pathways, and a two-acre water feature.  We offer two excellent choices in supportive housing: independent living and Licensed Care, providing 24-hour nursing care. The Waterford offers many options for residents to nurture their health, make friends, and stay engaged in their community.
