Operational & Organizational Strategies to improve Productivity, Morale & Retention
December 4, 2024 (9:00 AM - 10:30 AM) (PST)
Description
Not a day goes by without newspaper articles or social media posts about the low productivity of Canadian companies, or their hiring & retention challenges. Often, the authors point to expensive investments in Technology or HR programs as the main solution. However, owners of Small & Medium sized Businesses can make tremendous productivity gains by “simple” adjustments in how they run their business.
Based on his experience working with dozens of businesses, the presenter will guide the participants through the following core components of an efficient business:
- Organizational Structure: does your personnel know their hierarchical position within the Business, what it is they are Accountable for?
- Do you have proper Management Practices (People, Projects, Order Fulfillment)?
- Are your Work Processes clearly defined, documented and followed?
Examples will be provided to illustrate how companies have benefited from this process.
=> Interactive participation is highly encouraged!
Who is this for:
This event will be most beneficial to Business Owners (5-100 staff), and Sr Managers, who have trouble growing the business, are working way too much & are stressed out, are concerned about productivity, profitability, hiring and retention.
