My name is Eric Candelaria.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve driven national manufacturers and distributors to their next level by transforming their processes and systems, from line scheduling to technology systems. 

With CB Supplies, we opened 2 new product lines to the US, a new manufacturing plant, and two new warehouses. Built from the ground up. We did it all by building a plan, reviewing all the processes, becoming more efficient, and introducing new systems to drive the business plan. Not only did we expand vigorously - but we didn’t change FTE count because of the efficiency focus. Revenue increased 30% in 5 years. 

I’ve overseen a multinational project based in western Europe for bridge operations, first managing 40m in annual revenue and later dismantling the project entirely. With government stakeholders, it was absolutely necessary to streamline processes to manage 67 efficiency KPIs. I know how to navigate government contracts. 

For several years after that, I did workflow and process analysis to deliver strategic plans for other organizations. I’ve got strong focuses in capital management, risk management, business transformation, and change management from my experience. 

When I was done in the corporate environment, I took my assets out into my own venture and have seen success in growing in real estate development by investing in several multi-million dollar projects. We have proven we can, quite literally, build.
