Join us for an inspiring evening designed to support and empower Women and Indigenous Entrepreneurs as they navigate the challenges of growing a business at any stage. Hosted at the Tsawwassen First Nation in partnership with BDC, this event will bring together female community leaders, women business experts, and entrepreneurs for an engaging and thought-provoking experience.

This event will explore three (3) strategic pillars of business growth:

    Discover how diversifying your revenue streams, suppliers, and customer base can help reduce risk and unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth.

  2. Process-Proof Your Business
    Learn how to build systems and processes that allow your business to run smoothly; even without your constant involvement. This approach supports long-term scalability and resilience.

  3. What’s Your End Game?
    Gain insights into planning your business with an exit strategy in mind. Whether you're considering selling to employees or acquiring a business yourself, this mindset helps maintain high standards and strategic focus.
