Join us at the Delta Chamber Boardroom for a practical workshop designed to help small and mid-sized business owners understand what drives the value of a privately held business.

Many owners have a rough idea of what their business may be worth, but buyers, lenders, and the market often look at value differently. This session will break down the key factors that influence value, including earnings quality, owner dependence, customer concentration, recurring revenue, management depth, growth potential, financial readiness, and overall saleability.

The goal is not to provide individual business valuations during the session. Instead, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the factors that affect value and practical steps they can take to strengthen their business over time.
